This program is for researchers who:
* work at a public university or a university of applied sciences in Germany
* work at a Bundesamt, Bundesanstalt, Fraunhofer, Leibniz, Max Planck, Helmholtz or DLR institute or at EMBL in Germany
* are doing research in Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Geosciences, Mathematics, Neurosciences or Physics but not clinical research
* do not have a permanent job yet
* have not received a lot of funding from other sources
